Privacy policy
This website sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing from an advertising network. Apart from cookieless analytics hosted in the European Union, it makes no request to a third party unless you click something that tells you it will. What follows is the detail.

Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like any web server, it processes the data your browser transmits in order to deliver the page: IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers. This is necessary to operate the site and to defend it against attack, and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use this data to identify individuals or combine it with other sources. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish automated traffic from human visitors; it carries no advertising or profiling function.
Analytics
We use Matomo, hosted in the European Union, to count visits and see which pages are read. It runs in a cookieless configuration: no cookie is set, no identifier is stored on your device, and IP addresses are anonymised. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this requires no consent banner under §165 TKG 2021 and Art. 5(3) ePrivacy, and the processing rests on our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works. The data is not shared and is not used for advertising.
Fonts
Typefaces are served from our own domain. We deliberately do not load fonts from a content delivery network, because doing so would disclose your IP address to a third party for no benefit to you.
Video
One page offers a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube or Google until you click the play button; until then you see a still image served from our own domain. If you do click, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd) will receive your IP address and may set storage on your device under its own privacy policy. That click is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and not clicking is a complete way to avoid it.
Booking a call
The “schedule a call” links lead to Microsoft Bookings, which is a separate service operated by Microsoft. Any data you enter there is processed by Microsoft as well as by us, under Microsoft’s privacy statement. We use what you submit to prepare for and hold the meeting.
If you write to us, we process your message and contact details in order to answer, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship requires, and as long as Austrian commercial and tax law obliges us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Write to info@specure.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
