Martes Specure is participating at Infofest 2019, 26th annual festival of achievements in information technology, taking place in Budva, Montenegro.
As a part of the festival, an International Conference “Future Regulation for Inclusive Connectivity” will take place between 30th September and 1st October 2019, organised by the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of Montenegro (EKIP) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – the Telecommunication Development Bureau.
